Carrot Cupcakes

First of all, I am going to start out by saying...I'm sick so I am not really responsible for anything I write in the following blog!  Here we go short, sweet, and to the point today.

Friday, my hubby and I sent out an email asking his co-workers what kind of cupcakes they wanted my to test out.  There choices were carrot, red velvet or banana caramel.  Carrot won the contest by a long slide!  (I made the banana caramel anyway because I wanted too!)  This recipe is an old fashioned carrot cake you know the ones that only Grandma could make!  I wanted my carrot cake to have that old timey tradition and connotation!  Hopefully, I have achieved this.  I do hope that my hubby's co-workers will enjoy!
